1. Product delivery

  • If you experience any delays in receiving your purchase (e.g., email delivery issues or
    access errors), please contact us at contact@baluk.co.ke for immediate assistance.
  • No shipping fees apply to digital products.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated after checkout and are based on delivery location and package
    weight.
  • Customers are responsible for all applicable shipping costs unless otherwise stated in a
    promotion.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number (where applicable) via
    phone text or email.
  • Customers can use this number to track the progress of their delivery.

4. Delivery Issues

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact us within 14 days of the
    expected delivery date.
  • Baluk is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by
    the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be borne by the
    customer.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the
    damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
  • If items are missing from your delivery, report within 3 business days of receipt.
